Brand building
Our objective was to provide a breeding ground for ideas.
CeeYu is a platform for ideas. We offer a individual contact point for unexpected flashes of inspiration. You can call us anytime and share your spontaneous ideas with us. These will be directly organized and then fed into our online system, organized and finally shared with others. You thus have the opportunity to network with people who are passionate about the same thing. Enthusiasm drives us all equally and fills extraordinary ideas with lifeblood to unite them into common visions.
In the process of elaboration, we defined a brand goal and values, developed them further into the brand personality and brand positioning. These values are reflected in the corporate identity as well as in the type mark and the image aesthetics.

Financial models
The Master of Arts at the HfG in Schwäbisch Gmünd is based on three main areas. Design, research and management. Management is about acquiring methods of process and project management. 
The financial model combines all product phases. All revenue streams are mapped, personnel costs are charged and all other costs are shown. These are automatically offset against the revenues and then the actual profit is output. In addition, the large financial model shows when and how the phases overlap. This also shows clearly how much personnel is employed in each phase. The entire product process is mapped in the large financial model, with all revenues and expenses.

Smart weather station
The smart weather station is a project based on the ESP 8266. 
The user can independently check his weather data on any digital device. The station records the outdoor temperature and humidity, as well as the current carbon values.
Since it is battery operated, it is portable and can be used in all areas.  To save energy, the weather station can be switched on and off manually.
No internet is needed for data transmission, as the ESP 8266 sets up WiFi on its own. So it can be used in all places and locations. 
And the prepared data can be queried at any time on the associated website.

Autonomous boat
The autonomous boat is a project from the Internet of Things (Bachelor) Basic Studies. 
We have designed a prototype of a boat, which is driven by three ultrasonic distance sensors and two separately controlled motors. The boat is able to drive completely autonomously. The speed and direction of the two motors is controlled by an Arduino. In addition, we created autonomous communication via Bluetooth. So the boat can be monitored with a cell phone.
The control of the boat was programmed in CC in the Arduino interface and the received data was evaluated using the Processing tool.
